It's Not a Competition

Tuesday reminder: Success is not pie.

I had a leadership coach come in to take a look at leasing a space/becoming a member at Waunakee Coworks. They were a little bit surprised I would allow another coach in since I am also an executive coach.

Let's set the record straight. I'm here to tell you that success isn't pie.

If someone is successful, it doesn't make you less successful (because they have a bigger piece of the pie). It doesn't make your slice (or likelihood for success) less.

In fact, I want to surround myself with people who are wildly successful. That energy and momentum is contagious.

I am not in competition with anyone (other than myself, but that is a post for another day).

Disclosure: I can't be blamed if you now have a craving for pie.
