Using Coaching Tools: Facilitator Cards

I love these facilitator cards!

So excited! I am planning for an in-person meeting where I get to facilitate a team with inspiring and energizing ways to approach brainstorming!

When I relaunched Hoege Consulting & Coaching, I attended the week-long Journey of Facilitation and Collaboration workshop where I learned about group structure and group/individual dynamics (check them out, they have another session coming up in May).
